Your Mission:
We’re looking for a Regional Head of Sales to build and lead Didit’s sales efforts in
your region.
You’ll be hands-on — driving outbound, finding opportunities, and closing key
deals while building and leading a team of Account Executives. This is a pure sales
role — not marketing, not ops — and it’s ideal for someone who thrives on creating
pipeline and winning new business.
Key responsabilities:
- Own all sales activity in your region, from outbound to close.
- Actively prospect, engage, and close strategic accounts across fintech, crypto,and online platforms.
- Hire, lead, and train a small team of high-performing Account Executives.
- Build repeatable outbound processes (playbooks, territory plans, sales cadences).
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast results.
- Report directly to the CEO, with full ownership of regional sales performance.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech, RegTech, or identity verification.
- Proven track record in outbound sales and closing enterprise or mid-market deals.
- Experience building and leading AE teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based sales.
- Fluent in English (Spanish, Portuguese or French a plus).
- Remote position, with occasional travel to meet clients or attend team events.
