Your mission
You sit at the intersection of sales and technology — the person who turns a promising conversation into a signed deal by making our platform undeniably real to prospects. You'll join sales calls as the technical authority, answer integration questions on the spot, and partner closely with the Sales team to move deals forward. Your scope goes beyond presales: you'll be the internal technical reference for Sales and Customer Success, so every commercial conversation is backed by deep product knowledge. You'll report directly to the CEO.
What you'll do
- Presales technical support — join discovery and demo calls alongside Sales as the product and integration expert, handling technical objections and adapting the pitch to the prospect's stack.
- Internal technical enablement — be the go-to resource for Sales on SDKs (Web, iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter), workflow configuration, webhooks, and session management, so no deal slows down for lack of technical clarity.
- Custom demos & POCs — build tailored proof-of-concept environments and sandbox demos that reflect the prospect's exact use case (KYC onboarding, AML screening, age estimation, NFC verification, white-label flows, and more).
- Solution design — translate prospect requirements into concrete integration recommendations (JavaScript SDK, native mobile SDKs, workflows, or direct API) and hand off a clear implementation plan to the client's dev team.
- Feedback loop — systematically capture recurring technical objections, feature gaps, and integration pain points and relay them to Product and Engineering to drive roadmap decisions.
- Post-sale transition — collaborate with Customer Success during handoff so technical context transfers smoothly and the client's integration starts without friction.
What we're looking for
- Experience — a technical, customer-facing background (sales engineering, solutions engineering, presales, or developer-facing support), ideally in B2B SaaS, APIs, Fintech, or Compliance.
- Technical depth — comfortable with REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and reading integration docs well enough to design and demo a real solution.
- Languages — excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish (others a plus).
- Soft skills — exceptional active listening and a genuine client-first mentality.
- Mindset — strong ownership and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced startup.
- Profile — ambitious, proactive, and results-driven, with a real desire to grow within the company.

- A solid understanding of KYC, AML, or identity-verification standards.
